Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly
• Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff
• Maintain cleanliness and complete sidework throughout shifts
• Help create a positive and energetic environment for guests and coworkers
