Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. seeks a Docketing Specialist to manage multi-jurisdictional litigation calendaring using BEC or similar docketing software.

The role requires an in-depth understanding of federal, state, and local rules across multiple practice areas and strong data management skills. You will review documents for dates, enter deadlines, produce calendars and reports, respond to requests from litigation teams, research anomalies, document processes, and support other staff.

Qualifications

• Strong data management skills and precise entry of dates into docketing systems.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional litigation calendaring and federal/state/local rules.
• Familiarity with BEC Docket Enterprise or similar docketing software.

Responsibilities

• Reviews documents for relevant dates and enters deadlines into the docketing system.
• Creates, reviews and distributes calendar and case reports.
• Responds to requests from litigation team members regarding docketed events and deadlines.
