Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt is seeking a full-time Docketing Specialist in our Portland, OR office. The role focuses on calendaring across practices, primarily litigation docketing, with a hybrid work policy allowing home work on Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tue–Thu.
You will enter events, verify information, apply court rules, and generate docket reports while maintaining records and providing excellent service under deadlines.

They need to be highly dependable with the ability to provide excellent customer service under continuous workload and daily deadlines.
Schwabe has a hybrid work policy allowing employees to work from home Monday and Friday while working in the office Tuesday through Thursday. The first 30 days will be in office Monday through Friday to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration into the firm.
