Job summary

Aaron's, LLC in Belcamp, MD is seeking a Dock Supervisor to coordinate warehouse daily tasks, direct loading/unloading, and oversee product stocking and picking to meet customer expectations and FC goals.

The role requires leadership on the floor, supervision of full-time and temporary staff, proficiency with ILS and RF scanner systems, and a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficient loading patterns.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Associates’ Degree or equivalent experience preferred in transportation, business or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead floor and supervise associates in conduct, work ethic, respect, and overall knowledge of operations.
• Direct and supervise FT and Temp warehouse employees on daily tasks and ongoing projects.
• Understand and perform ILS system functions for the department.
• Operate RF Scanner functions for warehouse.
• Supervise loading of trucks to ensure conformance to loading patterns and safe operation.
• Assist with Associate Orientation and Training and collaborate with Inventory Control.
