Job summary

Aaron's is seeking a Dock Supervisor to coordinate warehouse daily assignments, oversee loading/unloading, stock and pick operations, and lead a team of full-time and temporary staff. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to company standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include managing paperwork, routing, and collaboration with the FC Assistant Manager. Strong leadership, organization, and communication are essential, with a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to organize and prioritize warehouse tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to train and guide staff.
• Knowledge of safety rules, compliance, and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse tasks and projects for full-time and temporary staff.
• Oversee loading/unloading, stocking, and picking while maintaining safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with FC Assistant Manager to align with company goals and standards.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping paperwork and proper driver routing.
• Supervise loading patterns to prevent damage and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assist with onboarding and training of associates as needed.
• Participate in evaluating temporary staff for potential hire.
