Job summary

Aaron's in Belcamp, MD is seeking a Dock Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse assignments, coordinate loading, unloading, stocking, and picking, and lead a team of associates to meet safety and productivity goals.

You will work with the FC Assistant Manager, manage resources, ensure compliance with safety rules, and help train staff while keeping accurate shipping paperwork and supporting operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or related experience preferred.
• Experience in warehouse operations and supervision a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and product stocking.
• Direct daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Ensure accuracy of shipping paperwork and logs.
• Assist with manager coverage as needed.
