Goff's Enterprises is hiring an Assembler for Dock Seals & Shelters to build custom dock seals and shelters used in loading docks. You will work with fabrics, foam, wood, insulation, and metal components based on drawings and orders, delivering durable, weather-resistant products.

The role emphasizes hands-on craftsmanship in a team-based setting, with a focus on safety, quality, and timely production.

Qualifications

• Dependable, detail-oriented team member with hands-on production focus.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with safety and quality standards.
• Able to read assembly instructions, blueprints or work orders.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble dock seals and shelters according to drawings and work orders.
• Cut and attach fabric covers to frames.
• Install foam padding and weatherstripping.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pneumatic staplers, sewing machines.
• Inspect finished products for quality and durability.
• Maintain records of materials and time spent.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
