Job summary

Goff’s Enterprises, Inc. in Pewaukee, WI is seeking motivated individuals to fabricate custom dock seals and shelters for commercial loading docks. You will measure, cut, and sew heavy-duty vinyl materials on industrial machines, following job specifications.

Qualifications

• Must be able to commute to Pewaukee, WI 53072 before start date.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; prior manufacturing or sewing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and use measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew heavy-duty vinyl panels, hems, and reinforcements.
• Measure, cut, and assemble vinyl materials per job specifications and work orders.
• Install grommets, Velcro, zippers, and other hardware or fasteners.
• Ensure all stitching meets quality and durability standards.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or cut sheets.
• Perform basic machine maintenance (threading, oiling, needle changes).
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with packaging and shipping when needed.
