Job summary

Goff's Enterprises in Pewaukee, WI, is hiring an Assembler for Dock Seals & Shelters. You will build custom dock seals and shelters from drawings and work orders, working with heavy fabrics, foam, wood, insulation and metal components to ensure durable, weather-resistant products for loading docks.

No prior experience required; we value dependable, detail-oriented team members who take pride in quality craftsmanship and safety.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and dependable team member who enjoys hands-on work.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and committed to safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints or work orders.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and use basic measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Assemble dock seals and shelters per drawings and orders.
• Cut and attach fabric covers to wood/metal frames.
• Install foam padding, fasteners, Velcro, and weatherstripping as needed.
• Operate hand, power tools, pneumatic staplers, and sewing machines.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and document materials used.
