Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of freight handlers and operational staff.
Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor performance to ensure efficiency.
Coordinate loading, unloading, and handling of freight shipments.
Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and packaging according to regulations.
Plan and prioritize freight operations to meet customer demands and deadlines.
Monitor workflow and adjust resources to optimize efficiency.
Liaise with customers and carriers to coordinate movements and resolve inquiries.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety training.
