Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or related field.
• 3-5 years of freight operations or logistics experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of freight handling processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise freight handling teams and operations.
• Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate loading, unloading and handling of freight shipments.
• Ensure documentation, labeling and packaging comply with regulations.
• Plan freight operations to meet customer deadlines and optimize efficiency.
