Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a focused Dock Specialist to join Unity Lab Services in Massachusetts. You will manage shipping and receiving, verify labels, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring safety and compliance across dock operations.

You will work Mon-Fri with morning shifts, operate pallet jacks, and coordinate material movement on site. The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of warehousing experience; strong organization and communication skills are

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of material handling, warehousing, shipping, and receiving experience required.
• Operating pallet jacks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate, verify, and match shipping labels to incoming packages.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Identify order discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Scan incoming/outgoing packages for inventory control.
• Safely operate pallet jacks to move heavy loads.
• Coordinate delivery of materials to correct locations.
• Maintain receiving documents and shipment records.
