Job summary

United States Cold Storage Inc in Hebron, IN is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Associate (Thursday-Monday, 7am-3:30p) to manage inbound/outbound movements, dock door assignments, and data entry in the WMS.

You will communicate with carriers, verify driver paperwork, and ensure accuracy of shipments before release. This full-time, on-site role requires reliability and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Customer service oriented.
• Familiar with and able to interpret packing slips.
• Able to use a WMS to process and track goods.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with carriers about inbound/outbound movements.
• Enter data into the WMS from carrier/customer paperwork.
• Verify driver identification and assign dock doors.
• Ensure accuracy of orders before driver release.
• Identify and report issues to supervisors.
