Qualifications

• Experience in a transportation, cross docking, or shipping/receiving environment (preferably LTL).
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to manage a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High aptitude for technology and data-driven operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound operations for designated section of the terminal dock.
• Manage loading, forklift traffic, and unloading of palletized freight.
• Direct up to 30 local LTL drivers and dock personnel to achieve production goals.
• Monitor trailer cube and weight to ensure proper carrier loading.
• Provide leadership and accountability to drivers and dock staff.
• Track dock production to meet or exceed KPI targets and safety standards.
