Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Operator Specialist, Lead to coordinate shipments, dispatch to carriers, and ensure timely delivery. The role requires forklift experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

Must have forklift experience.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and logistics.
English preferred (reading, writing and verbal).
Proficiency in basic MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

Performs daily activities for an assigned shift or within an assigned area or function.
Adheres to warehouse work instructions for receiving, labeling, storing, shipping and value add services.
Meets objectives in performance, safety, quality, leadership, and customer service.
Collaborates with supervisor and teams to improve service to the client.
Unloads inbound shipments safely and stages product in correct areas.
Loads/unloads product using proper handling techniques and verifies paperwork.
