Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversees safe and efficient dock operations for all terminal staff.
• Directs and evaluates dockworkers to ensure proper equipment use and procedures.
• Conducts daily inspections to maintain compliance with DOT standards and regulations.
• Trains and coaches dockworkers on safety, performance, and equipment usage.
• Reviews reports and provides recommendations to improve terminal efficiency and service.
• Promotes and enforces a safe, clean, and organized dock environment.
