Responsibilities

• Conducts daily inspections to maintain compliance with DOT standards and regulations.
• Trains and coaches dockworkers on safety, performance, customer service, and equipment use.
• Reviews operational reports and recommends improvements to terminal efficiency and service.
• Promotes and enforces a safe, clean, and organized dock environment.
