Responsibilities

• Direct and evaluate dockworkers to ensure equipment use and procedures are followed.
• Conduct daily inspections to maintain safety and DOT compliance.
• Train and coach dockworkers on safety, performance and customer service.
• Review reports and recommend improvements to terminal efficiency.
