Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to read/write English for shipping docs and instructions.
• 2+ years of warehouse, dock, forklift, or pallet jack experience.
• Forklift certification or hazmat training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors in directing daily dock operations.
• Coach and mentor new and existing dockworkers.
• Load/unload trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain secure loads and proper use of straps and dunnage.
• Inspect shipments and prepare reports on shortages or damages.
• Promote a safe and clean work environment.
