Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Read, write and comprehend English to perform shipping and records duties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dock/terminal operations and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Direct and evaluate dockworkers for proper equipment use and procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections to meet company policies and regulatory standards.
• Train and coach dockworkers on safety, performance, and customer service.
• Review operational reports and implement improvements to terminal efficiency.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized dock environment.
