Job summary

Mano Lani LLC seeks a Dock Master to coordinate inbound and outbound trucks, assign dock doors, and manage yard flow at a DIA logistics site in Maryland.

The role requires 3+ years in loading dock operations, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to lift 30 pounds. OSHA safety practices and dock log maintenance are essential duties.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 3+ years in loading dock ops
• US citizens only
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• OSHA-aligned safety knowledge required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound trucks and assign dock doors
• Plan and supervise loading/unloading, staging and counts
• Maintain dock logs and records (truck times, bills of lading, receipts)
• Enforce OSHA safety practices and report incidents
• Coordinate with schedulers, dispatch, drivers and security staff
