Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise loading/unloading activities, including staging, seal control and verification of counts/condition.
• Maintain dock logs and records (truck arrival/departure times, bills of lading, delivery receipts, transfer/turn-in paperwork, discrepancy and damage reports).
• Follow OSHA-aligned dock safety practices and enforce PPE; stop work for unsafe conditions and document incidents.
• Coordinate with schedulers/dispatch, warehouse staff, drivers, security/access control, and designated representatives.
