Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with minimum 7 years of experience in Property Accountability Management.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess and maintain a security clearance.
• Experience with DoD property book systems, tactical property books, or equivalent military/federal property management systems.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Apply stock control practices: bin/location management, reorder levels, due-ins/due-outs, backorder tracking, and reconciliation.
• Conduct cyclic inventories and wall-to-wall inventories; research variances with supporting documentation.
• Maintain audit-ready accountability for equipment/material, including custody transfer documentation.
• Perform receiving inspections; identify overages/shortages/damages; prepare discrepancy documentation and outbound shipments with proper packing and labeling.
• Generate routine reports (inventory accuracy, due-outs, turn-ins, receiving status) and brief results to government leads.
