Job summary

Comstock Companies in Reston, VA seeks a Security Dock Master for ParkX Management to ensure the loading dock schedule supports smooth deliveries and efficient on-site operations.

You will coordinate truck arrivals, supervise moves, protect doors and floors, report incidents, maintain equipment, and support the property management team. A valid security officer certification and a customer-focused attitude are required.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of security or Dock Master experience.
• Must be certified security officer in Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer-service related field.
• Valid driver's license without major violations.
• Flexible to work after hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate arrival and departure of moving trucks.
• Coordinate move in/out, including scheduling on-site movers.
• Protect doors and floors during deliveries and moves.
• Coordinate pickups and removal of bulk items from loading dock and trash areas.
• Report incidents or accidents to property manager.
