Estes Express Lines in Oklahoma City is seeking a dock associate to load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks. You will strap, brace, and pad freight to prevent damage and accurately record its condition upon arrival at the service center.

You will perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections of dock equipment and maintain dependable attendance. The role requires the ability to work various shifts, including overtime, and comply with all safety and conduct policies.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• Experience in the transportation industry is a plus.
• Prior forklift operation or certification is preferred.
• Ability to push/pull 70 lbs with loaded pallet jack or hand truck.
• Ability to work all shifts, including overtime and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload freight using forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, or by hand.
• Secure freight with straps, braces, and padding to prevent damage.
• Record the condition of freight upon arrival at the service center.
• Perform pre-shift and post-shift inspections of dock equipment.
• Maintain regular attendance and dependability.
• Adhere to safety rules, procedures, and conduct policies.
