Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Warehouse Manager in Orlando to oversee receiving, storage and distribution of donated goods. You will supervise staff, ensure safety, quality and timely operations at The Hub Taft location.

The role requires High School education and about 1 year in warehouse/dock operations, with forklift certification or training provided. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential for KPI targets and daily workflow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 1 year in warehouse/dock/transportation preferred.
• Ability to adhere to Core Principles and maintain professional attitude.
• Knowledge of production, inventory control and transportation operations.
• Forklift certification or training available.
• Strong teamwork with ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving and delivery of products in a timely manner.
• Ensure proper handling of donation flow in and out.
• Train new employees in job duties.
• Enforce company policies, safety rules and regulations.
• Oversee paperwork for dock operations and ensure accuracy.
• Inspect tools/equipment for safe operation and correct issues.
• Operate forklift as needed within the warehouse.
• Communicate schedules and maintain a clean, safe environment.
