Estes Forwarding Worldwide in Tacoma, WA is seeking a Specialist, Warehouse Dock Fulfilment to retrieve inventory and pack merchandise for shipment. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of orders.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to read work orders, use a warehouse management system, and communicate effectively with teammates. A high school diploma and 0–2 years in freight or logistics are typical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; no sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders to determine packing and shipping needs.
• Receive inventory and verify accuracy and quality.
• Efficiently wrap and pack merchandise with packing slips for shipment.
• Prepare orders for shipping on time.
• Use computers and scanners to track inventory and generate paperwork.
• Attend to safety and follow TSA/CTPAT procedures.
