Job summary

XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our dock team in a fast-paced environment. You will efficiently sort, load, and unload freight using a forklift and pallet jack, while ensuring safety and accuracy in handling shipments.

The role requires flexibility to work mornings or afternoons, Monday through Friday, with competitive benefits for those scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week. We value accuracy, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform basic math, with or without calculator.
• Able to work varying shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use forklift and pallet jack to move goods.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Scan and track shipments using mobile handheld devices.
• Operate on a dock that is not climate-controlled for extended periods.
