XPO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our dock operations. You will sort, load, and unload freight, using forklift and pallet jack, while ensuring safe handling and accurate placement of goods on trailers.

The role requires 18+ years old, basic math, and ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends. Candidates with experience in warehousing and LTL environments are preferred. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform basic math calculations, with or without a calculator.
• Available for varying shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight efficiently.
• Operate pallet jack and forklift to move loads.
• Secure freight inside trailers and follow safety policies.
