Job summary

XPO is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our dock team in Arkansas. You will load and unload freight, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and help secure loads for transit on a fast-paced dock environment.

The role requires flexibility across days, evenings, nights and weekends, with health, life and disability insurance, PTO accrual, holidays and a 401(k) plan. Training and safety protocols are emphasized for all staff.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator.
• Available to work a variety of shifts due to varying freight volumes, including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight.
• Use motorized and manual equipment, including pallet jack and forklift.
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
• Work safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Use handheld devices to scan and track shipments.
