Job summary

You will survey loading dock conditions, prepare cost estimates for leveler, door, and restraint replacements, develop project proposals for building owners, and coordinate with installation subcontractors to ensure projects are completed within budget.

Qualifications

• Dock equipment product knowledge (levelers, doors, seals, restraints).
• Cost estimation and proposal development skills.
• Site survey and measurement abilities.
• Valid driver's license for NY/NJ metro travel.
