Job summary

JLL is seeking a Dock Equipment Project Estimator for the NYC metro warehouse market. You will survey loading dock conditions, prepare cost estimates for leveler, door, and restraint replacements, develop project proposals for building owners, and coordinate with installation subcontractors to ensure projects are completed within budget.

The role requires 3+ years of estimating experience in dock equipment or facility construction, knowledge of dock products, and a valid NY/NJ travel driver's

• Dock equipment product knowledge (levelers, doors, seals, restraints).
• Cost estimation and proposal development skills.
• Site survey and measurement abilities.
• Valid driver's license for NY/NJ metro travel.
