Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 3–5 years of construction estimating experience, ideally in concrete repair projects.
• Estimate projects of moderate complexity up to $1–5 Million with a team.
• Experience estimating up to 5 projects directly.
• Evaluate, quantify, and capture specification requirements.
• Experience with construction contracts terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Estimating complex self-performed construction projects.
• Preparing estimates by analyzing drawings and performing quantity take-offs.
• Developing RFI’s and leveraging potential solutions.
• Sourcing material price lists and determining labor productions and costs.
• Reviewing historical data and compiling summary reports.
• Leading descope meetings with building owners and clients.
