Job summary

JLL is seeking a Dock Safety Compliance Inspector to manage industrial properties in the Los Angeles basin. You will conduct quarterly dock equipment safety audits, verify truck restraint system functionality, inspect leveler and door safety features, document findings with photos and measurements, and produce compliance reports with remediation timelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of dock equipment or safety inspection experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA loading dock safety requirements.
• Understanding of truck restraint, leveler, and door safety systems.
• Report writing and photo documentation skills.
• Ability to travel between multiple properties daily.
