Qualifications

• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Dependable, stable work history.
• Comfortable with heights.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead technician in installing and repairing overhead doors and dock leveling systems.
• Help resolve issues to customer satisfaction within policy.
• Learn troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts; wear PPE and fall protection.
• Use tablet and cellphone to document work performed and communicate with customers and internal staff.
