Eastern Lift Truck Co. is seeking a Dock and Door Lead Technician in the Berwick, PA area to oversee and assist in the repair of overhead door and dock leveling systems.

You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and ensure customer satisfaction while upholding safety standards. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience with commercial overhead doors, solid mechanical/electrical knowledge, and owns their own tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with commercial overhead doors.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Must supply own tools.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in repair of overhead door and dock leveling systems.
• Research and resolve issues to customer satisfaction within policy.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on overhead doors and dock leveling systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components.
• Work from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts; wear PPE.

Eastern Lift Truck Co. Dock and Door Lead Technician

Main Duties:

• Oversee and assist in repair of overhead door and dock leveling systems
• Research and resolve issues to customer satisfaction within policy while interacting effectively with persons of diverse backgrounds
• Performs commercial and industrial maintenance and repairs on a variety of overhead doors and dock leveling systems
• Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems pertaining to the operation of overhead doors and dock leveling systems
• Works from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts. Wears PPE and fall protection

Requirements:

• At least 1+ years of experience installing, diagnosing, repairing, inspecting, and maintaining commercial overhead steel doors
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Individual must have their own tools
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Good driving record and active license
