Eastern Lift Truck Co. is seeking a Dock and Door Mechanic to support Western Maryland and surrounding areas. The role offers growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package within a family‑oriented company.

The successful candidate will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial overhead doors, troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and operate with PPE and fall protection while working from ladders or lifts.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial overhead doors.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Must have own tools.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds or more.
• Good driving record and active license.

Responsabilités

• Repair of commercial sectional, rolling steel doors, dock levelers and truck restraints.
• Performs commercial and industrial maintenance and repairs on a variety of commercial doors and dock leveling systems.
• Troubleshoot and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems pertaining to the operation of commercial doors and dock leveling systems.
• Works from ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts. Wears PPE and fall protection.
