Job summary

Equipment Depot Inc. is seeking a Dock Technician to install and service dock equipment at customer locations. Most work is performed outdoors, so candidates must be able to work in various weather conditions.

The role includes repairs on dock levelers, shelters, seals, bumpers, doors, and related equipment. The technician will drive to job sites, communicate with dispatch, obtain parts, and complete paperwork while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 12+ months related experience.
• Experience maintaining commercial doors or dock equipment.
• Welding experience preferred.

POSITION SUMMARYTo identify the specific needs of existing and potential customers (internal and external) and provide solutions that ensure profitability through total customer satisfaction, as defined by the customer. A Dock Technician will install and service dock equipment at various customer locations. The majority of work is outside and candidates need only apply if they are able to work in the various weather elements.
