Job summary

Raymond West is seeking a driven Dock & Door Product Manager Sales Specialist to join our Sales team. The role focuses on direct selling and supports our large general sales team on dock and door sales.

We provide end-to-end warehouse solutions with lift trucks, racking, conveyor, dock and door, rentals, parts, and service. Local travel is expected with potential for growth in related product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or technical school or four years related experience.
• 5 years minimum sales experience required.
• Experience selling dock and door or capital equipment is a plus.
• Able to read architectural drawings and communicate with contractors and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Business-to-business industrial sales using a consultative, relationship-based approach.
• Direct Sales to building contractors, architects, and property management companies.
• Train and market the Dock & Door product line to Core Sales and Customer Care Manager Team.
• Increase Dock Equipment sales through account development and networking.
• Develop leads for Core Sales for racking, forklifts and other products.
• Achieve gross margins and profitability targets for new equipment sales.
• Sell maintenance contracts where possible with our service organization.
• Grow sales revenue through existing customers and new accounts.
• Provide timely information for leads, proposals, marketing data, forecasts and expenses.
• Lead and supervise staff when assigned; oversee training and time management.
