Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts is seeking a Dock & Door Service Technician in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting dock and door equipment across our service area.

Compensation ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, with a strong emphasis on safety, customer satisfaction, and schedule flexibility. You will work under the Dock & Door Operations Manager to install, repair, and service commercial doors, dock levelers, and related systems, while promoting service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-5 years' relevant experience and/or training preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Welding and cutting torch experience preferred.
• Lift truck and Scissor lift operation experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of DC/AC electricity, motor control and wiring preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Must maintain a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot dock & door equipment.
• Diagnose faulty equipment and identify malfunctions.
• Maintain service van and inventory.
• Complete safety training and stay compliant.
• Work with dispatcher to maximize labor efficiency.
• Promote service maintenance programs.
• Maintain records and paperwork timely.
