Job summary

Raymond Storage Concepts is seeking a Dock & Door Service Technician in Cincinnati, OH, to install, maintain, and troubleshoot dock and door equipment for customers in the region.

You will work under the Operations Manager, follow safety procedures, complete service calls, and promote service programs while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour, with benefits and opportunities for on-the-job training and career growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Welding and cutting torch experience preferred.
• Lift truck and scissor lift experience preferred.
• Electrical knowledge (DC/AC) and hydraulics knowledge preferred.
• Excellent customer service and time management skills.
• Clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and troubleshoot dock and door equipment.
• Diagnose faulty equipment and identify issues.
• Maintain records and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Keep service van and tools organized and clean.
• Promote safety and complete required training.
• Coordinate with Parts and Sales to meet customer needs.
