Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assign dock doors and manage inbound scheduling and flow of trucks.
  • Verify Bills of Lading (BOLs) and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Direct drivers and maintain an organized check-in/check-out process.
  • Communicate with warehouse teams to coordinate unloading and staging.
  • Monitor dock activity to prevent congestion and delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures on the dock.

Overview

Immediate openings for Dock Coordinators in Mesquite!

The Dock Coordinator oversees inbound dock operations and serves as the primary point of contact for drivers and internal teams. This role ensures efficient scheduling, proper documentation, and smooth flow of inbound shipments.

Shift and Compensation

Shift: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am on a rotational schedule

Pay: 19-22hr

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign dock doors and manage inbound scheduling and flow of trucks
