Job summary

Snelling is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee inbound dock operations and serve as the primary contact for drivers and internal teams. You will schedule, document, and ensure smooth flow of inbound shipments, with a rotation shift of 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.

Main duties include assigning dock doors, verifying BOLs, directing drivers, coordinating unloading, and monitoring dock activity to prevent delays. Requires the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Assign dock doors and manage inbound scheduling and flow of trucks
• Verify Bills of Lading (BOLs) and ensure accurate documentation
• Direct drivers and maintain an organized check-in/check-out process
• Communicate with warehouse teams to coordinate unloading and staging
• Monitor dock activity to prevent congestion and delays
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures on the dock
