Job summary

RealCold in Denver is hiring a Dock Clerk to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments in a temperature-controlled warehouse. You will prepare shipping documents, schedule carrier appointments, maintain inventory records, and communicate with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires at least 1 year of clerical experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office; WMS experience is preferred in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

What You'll Do

You'll prepare shipping documents, schedule carrier appointments, maintain inventory records, communicate with drivers and warehouse teams, and ensure every shipment is handled safely, accurately, and on time.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required


• Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience required


• Shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred


• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to type 50+ WPM


• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the shift


• Frequent use of a computer, including typing, reading, and data entry


• Ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone or radio


• Occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 15 pounds


• Ability to work in a refrigerated and freezer warehouse environment with exposure to cold temperatures


• Ability to work safely around forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment


• Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and evenings as business needs require


• Must be able to pass a background check


• Fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment with exposure to cold, noise, and moving equipment
