Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Rowing Dock is the premier paddling destination on Lady Bird Lake in Austin, Texas. We offer kayak, canoe, and stand-up paddleboard rentals, along with weekly guided tours and water-based activities for groups. The Role

The Dock Attendant is the face of Rowing Dock. You will assist customers, answer questions, keep the dock organized, and care for equipment. You will learn to match customers with boats suited to their body type and skill set, help them get in and out of boats, teach paddling basics, and ensure everyone has a good time.

Pay and Benefits

We provide paid training, including First Aid/CPR certifications. Hourly wages are $19 for Dock Attendants and increase to $20 if promoted to a leadership role. Staff and their family and friends receive free rentals. Shifts are 4-6 hours, 2 to 5 shifts per week. This is part-time; full-time hours are not available.
