Deloitte seeks a Docebo Manager to lead Docebo LMS implementations and upgrades for clients, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring successful delivery. You will manage client relationships at the director level and oversee cross-functional workstreams across HR, L&D, and IT.

Strong communication and governance will be essential in this fast-paced role. You will design and implement LMS solutions, establish standards, and help grow the Docebo practice within the firm.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years implementing Docebo or comparable enterprise LMS/Skills platform.
• 2+ years managing client relationships with director-level stakeholders.
• 1+ years of program management across HR, L&D, and IT.
• Ability to travel 0-50% depending on client work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Docebo engagements, including new implementations and upgrades, within scope, budget, resources, timelines, and risk management.
• Coach and develop analysts and consultants.
• Serve as the primary client relationship lead with senior stakeholders in HR, L&D, and IT.
• Design and execute Docebo LMS and Skills solutions through workshops and configuration decisions.
• Establish delivery standards, templates, and quality checkpoints across engagements.
• Identify risks and staffing gaps, support proposals, scoping, and client communications.
