The Food Preparation Supervisor at the Arkansas Department of Correction (ADC) / Department of Community Correction (DCC) is responsible for supervising food service personnel, directing food service activities, monitoring safety and security practices, coordinating food production and service, and managing supplies. This role is governed by applicable laws and policies.
High school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training in food service, and at least one year of experience in institutional or commercial food service operations. Additional qualifications may be considered upon approval.
