• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, equipment setup and participant communication.
• Create and update training materials, presentations and handouts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess program effectiveness.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and participant performance.
• Stay current with Tribal Gaming industry trends, best practices and innovations in training and development.
• Continuously improve training delivery methods and content to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Oversees onboarding and training platform and procedures in UKG for DNGE
