Dakota Magic Casino in Hankinson, ND seeks a Training Lead to develop Tribal Gaming training programs, schedule sessions, and oversee onboarding. You will deliver in-person and virtual training, tailor content for diverse audiences, manage materials, and report outcomes to leadership.

Experience with UKG onboarding (DNGE) is a plus, with a focus on continuous improvement and alignment with gaming industry standards and best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Tribal Gaming training programs and schedules.
• Facilitate in person and virtual training sessions based on the organization’s needs.
• Adapt training content and delivery methods to suit different audiences, ensuring engagement and retention knowledge.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, equipment setup and participant communication.
• Create and update training materials, presentations and handouts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess program effectiveness.
• Prepare reports on training outcomes and participant performance.
• Stay current with Tribal Gaming industry trends, best practices and innovations in training and development.
• Continuously improve training delivery methods and content to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
• Oversees onboarding and training platform and procedures in UKG for DNGE
