Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required and some college is preferred.
• Knowledge of all types of sports and non-sports players and cards is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Access, and Picture Editor; with an aptitude to learn and understand company software.

Responsibilities

• Itemize packages accurately and enter information into the designated system.
• Create specification numbers for each item and help manage incoming packages.
• Create Excel spreadsheets for all take-home and show submissions.
• Verify service type with payment and ensure eligibility.
• Identify and classify items correctly and enter them into the grading system.
• Support the processing, sealing, authentication, sales, and shipping teams as assigned.
